SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically sent within one to two business days. Since we only want to provide you the best tags, we take our time to ensure that the engravings on our stainless steel tags are of the highest calibre. After the shipping date, your package should arrive in 5-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Although we hope you adore your purchase, we recognise that not everything always goes according to plan. If you are not entirely happy with an item for any reason, you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund minus shipping costs. Within 30 days of the date you received the item(s), returns must be sent to us. [For example, if your order was delivered on the first of the month, it would need to be returned by the 30th.] Store credit will be given for returns that are delivered up to 60 days after the initial 30-day window. More than 60 days after the original order date, we are unable to accept returns.

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment. Returns must be sent to us unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received, or they risk being refused a refund or charged a restocking fee. We advise using an insured and trackable mail service because we cannot be held liable for anything that is lost or damaged during return shipping. Without actual receipt of the item(s) or evidence of receipt of return delivery, we are unable to provide a refund.
